My nephew Owen is having his 5th birthday this weekend. I can't believe he is getting so big so fast! He wants a "cowboy birthday" this year. There will be a horse there any everything! I decided to make some horse cupcakes for his party.
Every part of the horse is edible. However, his head is a peanut...you would have to crack it to eat it!

Rainbow

Loretha's last day of work is tomorrow. Mike insisted that I make cupcakes for her, so I did! They have a rainbow inside! They were fun to make...and I might have ate a few along the way!

I got a new book this weekend called Hello, Cupcake. It has lots of cute cupcakes that I plan on making soon. Here is one of the cupcakes in the book. It was super fun to make them!

Swimming fish!

I made some fish cupcakes today (eww...fish cupcakes??) No, they just look like fish! They didn't come out as good as I hoped, but I guess practice makes perfect!

I really want to start making more cupcakes. I got a lot of my Grandmother's cake decorations supplies, and I would like to use them and make all different kinds of cupcakes. I started making cupcakes for just people at Mike's work, but now I really like to make them just for fun!
