New book

Theresa informed me that I haven't blogged any on cupcakes in a year. Ok ok. I'm back! I recently bought a new cupcake book. I haven't tried any of them out yet, but I will be making some soon, so check back with me in a month or two and if I haven't done any.... comment/complain... I can always delete your comment. haha!

My nephew Owen is having his 5th birthday this weekend. I can't believe he is getting so big so fast! He wants a "cowboy birthday" this year. There will be a horse there any everything! I decided to make some horse cupcakes for his party.
Every part of the horse is edible. However, his head is a peanut...you would have to crack it to eat it!

Rainbow

Loretha's last day of work is tomorrow. Mike insisted that I make cupcakes for her, so I did! They have a rainbow inside! They were fun to make...and I might have ate a few along the way!

Spaghetti Night

I got a new book this weekend called Hello, Cupcake. It has lots of cute cupcakes that I plan on making soon. Here is one of the cupcakes in the book. It was super fun to make them!

We had spaghetti for dinner tonight...wait...they are my cupcakes!!!
